The frontal lobe is one of the four lobes of the brain. The frontal lobes are related to control of movement and higher mental ability

Functions Edit

Specific functions of the lobe include language, memory, emotional expression and judgement. It can be described as the control panel of our personality. As well as these thinking abilities it is involved in voluntary muscle movement.

Damage and Disorders Edit

The frontal lobe is the most common place for brain injury to occur. These injuries can result in a failure to accurately access risk and danger, limited facial expressions, changes in personality and reduced problem solving skills.
